L: 35x48 mm - Recommended as a starter especially if you feel slightly "open" and want more weight and deeper inner massage.
M: 30x45 mm - Recommended as a starter.
S: 30x40 mm - advanced user or users with tention in the vaginal opening. For the one that has developed a greater sense of control of the vaginal muscles.
XS: 30x20 mm - for the sensitive and hyper tensed Yonis. Can also be used by the advanced user as a weight if added to any other egg with a string in between, which requires drilled eggs!
Recommendations: Typically, beginners will start with a larger eggs (M) and work there way to a smaller egg or if wanting a slight heavier weight up to L (only in Rose Quartz). Sizes heavier then L/large is to heavy to start with according to me from my extended experience and research. and therefor we do not offer larger sizes.

For proper and sustainable knowledge and practise with the egg we strongly recommend learning this from someone professional. Due to the weight of the crystal the lining of the Yoni can be damaged when not used correctly.

Prolaps? Please use a smaller egg and only laying down on stomach and all fours to begin with. We strongly recommend to work with a professional if you have a prolapse. Sanna offers sessions and workshops designed for you.
